Based in Wagga Wagga, we're more than a caterer: we're a chef-led celebration of food, people and connection. Inspired by the warmth of Spain, we cook authentic paella in giant open pans in front of your guests, all sizzle, colour and aroma like a live cooking show.

From weddings and winery celebrations to corporate events, milestone parties and local takeaway, we're fully mobile and self-sufficient: we bring our own gear, cook and serve onsite, and clean up afterwards, so you can simply relax and enjoy.

Every pan is traditional Spanish cooking, made fresh on site by a qualified chef and her team, with Maria hosting the event like a warm friend rather than a caterer.
We cook authentic paella fresh in giant open pans in front of your guests, so the sizzle, colour and aromas become entertainment they'll remember long after the last plate.
We bring a live, shared experience where the pan becomes the heart of the gathering, getting guests chatting and taking photos instead of drifting past a predictable buffet or grazing table.

safe and fun for everyone

Our paella is naturally gluten-free, with dairy, nut and soy free options plus vegan and vegetarian pans, so there's a paella for everyone; just flag any allergies and we'll guide you through.
We bring all our own gear, cook and serve onsite, then clean up and leave no mess, with no kitchen, ovens or electricity required, so you just relax and enjoy.
We match our menus to local wines and travel up to 300km from Wagga Wagga for weddings, milestones and corporate events across the Riverina, the ACT, North East Victoria and the Murray.
